At Orivon Jewelers, each piece is crafted with care, precision, and intention. Because of the nature of our jewelry and our commitment to quality, we maintain a strict return policy. We kindly ask that you review your order carefully before purchasing.

Return Eligibility
We only accept returns under the following circumstances:
• The item received is incorrect (not what you ordered)
• The item is defective or damaged upon arrival
• You contact us within 3 days of receiving your order
All returns must be approved via email before shipping

Returns for reasons such as personal preference, sizing, style, or change of mind are not accepted.

Important Notes
Only purchases made directly from orivonjewelers.com are eligible for return.
All return requests must be submitted by email to support@orivonjewelers.com within 3 days of delivery.
Photos of the defect or incorrect item must be included to process your request.
Returns will not be accepted without prior approval.
We do not offer exchanges or store credit.

Custom & Personalized Orders
Custom-made or personalized jewelry is final sale and cannot be returned or refunded under any circumstances, unless damaged or incorrect.

Shipping & Refund Process
Once your return is approved, you’ll receive return instructions and the shipping address.
Items must be returned unused, in original packaging, and shipped using a trackable service.
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of receiving and inspecting the item.
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Processing time may vary depending on your bank.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or incorrect.

After 3 Days
If more than 3 days have passed since delivery, we’re unable to accept any return request for any reason.
